Mani's Analysis on Death penalty

Mani -Your analysis on Death penalty is interesting .I donot know whether you are in favour of ban or implement the capital punishment .I understood by the example of Death penalty imposed on the Iraki dictator late Suddam Hussien , that it is better not to impose the death penalty on humans inspite of their crimes .As man is subjected to emotions , he becomes a slave to emotions . After commiting the crime he realises the truth . As the saying 'to err is human ,to forgive is devine' may be applicable in the case of criminals that are subjected to death penalty. I think New Zealand government is right to ban the Death penalty

The Issue of the National language in New Zealand :

Language is an expression of feelings ,ideas, thoughts and opinions of people in the form of utterances and also words . Some people are lucky to have a written word earlier and some have had later. In ancient Latin times French Greek Sanskrit and English have had been popular as national languages . The rulers used one particular language as the spoken and written form for their own advantage . They used the language for establishing and achieving political cultural and social goals. Some of them used it as official language for records and communications So some languages acquired some status whereas , some lost their glory due to political and religious reasons.

New Zealand is the last country that was discovered on the earth. Before the Europeans came to New Zealand the Polynesians occupied the land of plenty .
The Maori became the prominent people to be named as natives of New Zealand
After Able Tasman discovered some part of New Zealand and Captain Cook stepped on the land . New Zealand came to the limelight of the world . Moreover ,the Christian missionaries strengthened the settlement of Europeans on the land.
Before the Europeans came to New Zealand , the Maori had no written word of their own . They used oral traditions and songs to convey their ideas and beliefs in the form of art and carvings on wood and other things. When the Christian missionaries came with the written word ,The Maori started to read and write English . It is due to the Missionaries preachings of The Bible in one hand and the rifle in another hand The Maori began to learn English along with their own Maori language .
After the advent of the Treaty of Waitangi ,Maori language has attained its status along with English. Moreover , As Sir James Henare says (1987,Maori Language Policy,)”Maori language is the core of our Maori culture and Mari mana”

Moreover the government implemented the language policy in New Zealand facilitating Maori language as an Official language along with English. As New Zealand is a multi cultural country English is retained as the national language, and also official language. In order to achieve the political social goals the major political parties declared English and Maori languages as official languages in New Zealand just as in India.

The artist that creates the four formsof literature is named as literary artist. What the artist feels ,imagines ,and experiences will be found a place in his work of art. Sometimes the artist goes into world of Fancy and creates images and stories beyond reality .The resultant is Fanfiction.where the creator turns to be a God in the world of humans. The readers are carried into the imaginary world where they live with divine beings , supernatural creatures and abnormal and sub normal creatures .For example THE LORD OFTHE RiNGS.The children and the youth as well as old are attracted to world of FANCY
